Sam Hiser is Vice President & Director of Business Affairs at the OpenDocument Foundation, Inc., 501(c)3. He helps organizations -- like the Massachussets ITD -- implement better software. Prior to 2004 he was Marketing Project Lead of OpenOffice.org , and he is an O'Reilly author (Exploring the JDS Linux Desktop with Tom Adelstein).
