Marketing Director, VMware.
Mr. Horschman joined VMware in 1999 and served as product manager for GSX Server - the industry's first x86 server virtualization product - from its inception to its present leadership position on Windows and Linux platforms. His current role is solutions marketing director for VMware's server product line.
Mr. Horschman's 19 years of experience managing the development and marketing of software and technology for group collaboration, video conferencing and electronic commerce have included positions at Oracle and Digital Equipment Corp.
Mr. Horschman holds a BSE in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard University.
