Ross came to SourceForge.net from VA Software in February of 2005, where he provided customers with strategies for collaboration using SourceForge Enterprise Edition. During his twelve-year career, he has focused on assessing and optimizing the business and engineering processes of a wide variety of engineering organizations, always with a passion for Open Source methodologies.
