Senior Consulting Strategist, IBM.
Arthur Fontaine is a strategist for IBM Lotus Software. Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts USA, Arthur helps guide the market strategy for the IBM offerings for collaboration and productivity. Prior to his current role, Arthur was responsible for the Notes/Domino family of offerings, and rich client offerings including Workplace managed Client and Notes 8 ("Hannover"). He is closely involved with the Linux and competitive strategy communities at IBM, where he has worked for 11 years; prior to that, he was a Lotus Development Corporation contractor and Business Partner.
