 Adam G. Cohn is an assistant general counsel in the Product & Technology Group at Sun Microsystems, where he is chief counsel for the Solaris, Collaboration Software, and ISV Engineering product groups. In his seven years at Sun, Adam has focused on emerging legal issues, including open source licensing, online marketing, e-commerce, as well the corporate use of blogs and wikis. Before starting at Sun, Adam worked at the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C., filing some of the Commission's first internet cases and leading the Commission's telecommunications fraud team. Before the FTC, Adam worked in the antitrust and regulatory groups at the Venable law firm. Adam graduated from Harvard Law School in 1995 and Cornell University in 1992 and is a member of both the California and Maryland bars.
