Beginning with Macworld Conference & Expo 2008 IDG World Expo requires that all exhibiting companies carry Commercial Liability Insurance with a limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate. This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, January 10 - 19, 2008.
Proof of this insurance must be furnished to IDG World Expo at least 60 days prior to occupancy and no later than November 14, 2007. Failure to provide proof of insurance will result in an exhibitor not being allowed to participate in Macworld.
The Certificate of Liability Insurance should list as additional insured; IDG World Expo, International Data Group, Inc., GES Exposition Services, and Moscone Center.
Please have proof of insurance sent to the following address NO LATER THAN November 14, 2007.

In the event an exhibitor does not already have insurance with the necessary coverage, the Macworld Exhibitor Kit will include an order form for purchasing the required insurance from an official event contractor.
*Pavilions: Certain Pavilions may require insurance. Please contact Bryan Rusciano, at bryan_rusciano@idg.com or 508-424-4843, for details about your specific Pavilion.
If you do not hold adequate insurance, we have consulted an insurance agency who will assist you in securing the appropriate insurance coverage.
