Upon your confirmation, the following needs to be completed by Septemeber 30th:
1. Speaker Authorization Form - must be returned to confirm your participation in the conference
2. Speaker Information Form - must be updated and returned to confirm your participation
3. Biography - please provide about 1 paragraph or 150 words
4. Photo - high resolution JPEG file or at least 135 (horizontal) x 155 (vertical) pixels - larger is preferred

1. Reference Materials - review guidelines and presentation tips and provide conference slides/media
2. Audio Visual - you are responsible for bringing your own laptop or if you prefer you may request equipment by completing the AV request form (Coming Soon) by TBD
3. Hotel and Travel - take advantage of discounted hotel and travel rates associated with the event available until TBD
